What is the return policy?
Because each item is produced in very limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at syntheticfaces@gmail.com and weβll make it right.
When will I get my order?
We currently print in house, on demand β that means your items are made to order.
Please allow 1 week for production and shipping. Youβll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How do airbrushed orders work?
All airbrushed items are made to order and are one of one. Each piece is created on a blank garment that is individually sourced, which means the exact blank may vary slightly between orders.
Because of this process, orders containing airbrushed products require additional production time. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped.
If your order includes both airbrushed items and regular products, everything will ship together once the airbrushed item is finished.
